Arrow Match: Color Puzzle
Privacy Policy
How your information is handled when you play Arrow Match, make a purchase or contact us.
Effective date: · Last updated:
You can play without creating an account with us. Game progress is saved on your device. Google Play handles purchases, and Google AdMob provides ads. These services process information as described below, even though we do not operate a game account or cloud-save server.
1. About this policy
Farah Do ("we", "us" or "our") develops and publishes Arrow Match: Color Puzzle ("Arrow Match" or "the game"), Android package com.cookingo.arrowmatch. This policy explains the information handled through the game and our support communications.
For questions or privacy requests, contact xuanhoa.ankhang@gmail.com. Third-party services have their own privacy policies, linked below.
2. Information we handle
Game data on your device
The game stores progress, completed levels, scores, stars, coins, boosters, collections, daily rewards, language and sound settings on your device. It also stores purchase entitlements, records used to prevent duplicate rewards, a randomly generated purchase-related identifier and information used to limit ad frequency. We use these records to operate the game, save your preferences and deliver purchases correctly. We do not upload your saved progress to a cloud-save service operated by us.
Advertising and technical information
Google AdMob's Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares information for ad delivery, measurement, diagnostics and fraud prevention. This includes IP address (which can indicate approximate location), app and ad interactions, performance information, and device or account identifiers such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID. Processing depends on device settings, consent and the ad service's configuration. See Google's Mobile Ads data disclosure.
Purchase information
The game receives product identifiers, purchase tokens, transaction status and signed purchase details from Google Play. It uses this information to verify purchases, grant items, restore eligible purchases and prevent duplicate delivery. A randomly generated identifier associated with the local game installation is provided to Google Play with purchase requests. It is not your name or email address.
Information you send to support
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as a description of a problem, a screenshot or an order reference. We use it to respond and resolve your request. Please do not send passwords, full payment card details or unnecessary personal information.
The game does not require a player profile, name, email address or date of birth to play. It does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone or precise GPS location.
3. Advertising and your choices
Arrow Match displays banner ads, ads between gameplay transitions and optional rewarded ads. Google AdMob and its advertising partners process advertising information according to their policies and the choices available to you. Ads may be personalized where permitted and supported by your choices. Non-personalized or limited ads can still involve technical data processing.
The game uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request and manage ad privacy choices where required. When available, open the game's Settings → Ad privacy choices to review or change them. You can also use Android's advertising privacy controls and Google's ad settings. Available controls vary by device and region.
The Remove Ads purchase disables banner and interstitial ads. Optional rewarded ads remain available when you choose to watch them; the advertising service may process information when you use that feature. Removing ads does not delete data already held by Google.
Read how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
4. In-app purchases
Payments are processed by Google Play using your Google account and chosen payment method. We do not receive your full payment card number or payment credentials. Google processes payment and account information under its own policies.
The game verifies signed purchase information on the device and communicates with Google Play to complete or restore transactions. Purchase tokens are not sent to a purchase-verification server operated by us. We may access order information made available to developers by Google Play when handling refunds, support or transaction records.
Deleting local game data does not erase Google Play's order history. Eligible permanent purchases, such as Remove Ads, can be restored through Google Play. Consumed coin and booster purchases and lost game progress are not backed up by us.
6. Retention and deletion
Local game data: remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the game, subject to your device's behavior. To remove it, open Android Settings → Apps → Arrow Match → Storage → Clear storage/data. Menu names vary. This permanently removes local progress, coins, boosters and settings; we cannot recover them from a game server.
Support messages and developer-held records: we retain them for as long as needed to resolve your request, manage disputes and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations. You may ask us to delete information you have sent us. If a record must be retained, we will explain the applicable limitation in our response.
Google-held data: advertising, account and transaction information is retained under Google's own policies. Clearing the game does not delete those records. Use Google's privacy controls or contact Google to request deletion of information it controls. We cannot directly erase data held independently by Google.
There is no separate Arrow Match account to delete. For help with information held by us, email the privacy contact below.
7. Children and families
Arrow Match is intended for players of all ages, including children. The game has no player registration, public profile or chat, and does not ask children to submit their name, email address or date of birth. Advertising and purchase services can process information automatically as described in this policy; the absence of an account does not mean that no data is processed.
Parents and guardians can manage device access and Google Play purchase approvals. Children should ask a parent or guardian before making purchases or sending personal information to support.
If you are a parent or guardian and have a question about a child's information, or believe your child has sent us personal information, contact xuanhoa.ankhang@gmail.com. You may request review or deletion of information we hold. Please share only the details needed to locate it; we may need to verify your authority to make the request. Information independently held by Google is subject to Google's family and privacy controls.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, receive a copy, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of processing that already occurred.
Contact us to exercise rights concerning information we hold. We may ask for limited information to verify your request and will respond as required by applicable law. For information controlled by Google, use Google's privacy controls or contact Google directly. Ad consent choices can be managed as described in section 3.
Where a legal basis is required, we process information to provide requested game or purchase features, respond to support requests, pursue legitimate interests in security and fraud prevention, comply with legal obligations, or rely on consent where required. Google's legal bases for its processing are described in its own policies.
9. Security and international processing
Local game data is stored within the app's device storage. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. Google states that data sent by its Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Google and email service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their privacy policies explain their international processing and relevant safeguards.
This policy page does not itself include advertising, analytics scripts or tracking cookies. When you visit it, the hosting service may process ordinary request information, such as your IP address, browser details and access time, to deliver and secure the page.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game or our data practices change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent for relevant changes.
